Description

Boston Mayor Kevin White launched the Little City Halls in his first term in an effort to decentralize city government. The satellite offices scattered around Boston were intended to bring city services closer to residents and provide greater representation at the neighborhood level.

Michael did a good deal of graphic design work in his early days. This concept-heavy approach, focusing on the Little City Halls’ goal of unraveling the red tape of government bureaucracy, may well have been his or his team’s design. We don’t believe these were ever adopted; they likely were speculative designs produced during the bidding process.
